Registration
To use the services made available on our website you will firstly need to register. You will be required to provide information about your business that is true, accurate and current in all respects via our registration form.
The account password you provide should be unique and remain secure, and you must notify DTG-AGS should there be any unauthorised use of your account.

We may also change registration requirements from time to time.
Special Offers
AGS-DTG will send all new subscribers a welcoming email to verify their username and password. Subscribers to our website will also receive information on products, services, special deals and a newsletter.
Eligibility to Purchase
In order to make purchases on our website you are required to provide your business details, in particular company name, authorising manager’s name, email address and telephone number and any other required information listed on our registration form.
You also authorise us to authenticate your identity, and validate the information you have provided.
Furthermore, you agree that we may use company Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit company which may keep a record of that information.
Pricing Policy
All prices listed on the AGS-DTG website are in AUD (AUD$).
Products listed without pricing, will require a customised quote to be provided to you and will be dealt with as a tailored service where you will be specifically contacted by an AGS-DTG representative to discuss pricing of these products.
DTG endeavours to keep all prices up to date, but however please note that prices may vary on short notice, but the team will notify you before your order is dispatched to confirm if you're happy or would like to cancel that item.
Goods and Services Tax
All prices quoted are excluding GST.
GST will be added to all orders shipped within Australia.
Orders shipped outside Australia will be excluding GST.
Freight Fee
To ensure the most accurate pricing taxes and delivery costs are displayed when placing an order.
We will use a flat fee for handling and freight on all standard orders. This fee is subject to change depending on the size and quantity of the order placed.
Delivery
AGS-DTG requires a signature for any goods that are delivered to your business, for which point responsibility of your goods passes to you. If a recipient other that you signs for the delivery then you accept that evidence of a signature by them.
Orders
All orders placed are subject to availability and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
AGS-DTG offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our warehouse facility.
Occasionally however we may be waiting on shipments from our suppliers and where part of an order cannot be fulfilled immediately, the parts that can be supplied will be despatched to you as soon as possible.
In the circumstance that a complete order cannot be fulfilled immediately you will be notified by return email advising of an estimated date that the remaining goods will be shipped to you.
Please note that we aim to dispatch orders within 5 working business days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only.
Goods on Consignment
Any goods delivered to the customer on consignment shall remain the property of AGS-DTG until paid for in full. Goods received on consignment will be the responsibility of the customer to maintain.
Warranties
AGS- DTG passes on the warranties from the manufacturer on all products; the warranties may vary from product to product.
The item will either be replaced, repaired or if the goods are found to be faulty a refund will be provided. This is subject to the claim being made within the manufacturer’s warranty period. All claims must be in writing, and proof of purchase must accompany all returns and the nature of the defect.
Payment
AGS-DTG will generate an invoice to your business based on your registration details upon dispatch of your goods. Payment terms on invoices are 14 days. All goods will remain the property of AGS-DTG until full payment has been received by us.
Returns and Exchanges
You can only exchange items based on a different product currently available from our website. If you wish to exchange a product please contact us via email at sales@gamingaccessories.com.au
Refunds are not available for products purchased in error or change of mind; however a credit note can be raised on products returned to us. Items should be returned to our warehouse facility in an unused condition within 14 days of purchase. Goods that are damaged or used may not be accepted and returned to the customer and an exchange may be refused. Items exchanged may be subject to new freight fees, please refer to delivery terms listed on this page.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 5 days of purchase via email at: sales@gamingaccessories.com.au
Once a custom order has been placed cancellations will not be accepted.

2. A right to cancel any order for a product within five working days of placing your order.
